For me, as if I could write on behalf of someone else, realizations usually come after I've fallen in a puddle of mud. I usually fall face first on the least expected days - actually that is not a completely true statement... my gut already knows what obviously my feet do not! After I stare at the reflection of a rather muddy Sarah I always manage to pick myself up and keep on moving.
